These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern the use of Shuttle999’s airport transportation services ("Service") provided between customer-designated locations within San Diego and San Diego International Airport (SAN). By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Overview
Shuttle999 offers scheduled, reservation-based, shared or private shuttle services to and from San Diego International Airport.
The service operates on a round-trip or one-way basis, depending on your reservation.
All services are subject to vehicle and driver availability.
2. Booking & Payment
Reservation Requirement: All rides must be booked in advance via our website, mobile platform, or customer support.
Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and approved digital payment options.
Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Confirmation: Customers will receive a confirmation email or SMS with pickup details upon successful booking.
3. Changes & Cancellations
Change Policy: Booking changes (pickup time, address, passenger count) are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup. Subject to availability.
Cancellation & Refunds:
48+ hours before pickup: Full refund
12–47 hours before pickup: 50% refund
Less than 12 hours or no-show: No refund
All cancellation or modification requests must be made through official channels (email, phone, or website).
4. Pickup & Drop-off Guidelines
Pickup Location: Customers must specify an accurate and accessible pickup address. The driver may contact you upon arrival.
Recommended Airport Arrival:
Domestic flights: Arrive at least 2 hours prior
International flights: Arrive at least 3 hours prior
Shuttle999 is not liable for missed flights due to late bookings, traffic delays, road closures, or customer tardiness.
5. Luggage & Passenger Policy
Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is allowed 1 standard suitcases and 1 personal bag. Excess or oversized luggage must be declared in advance and may incur additional fees($15/each).
Pets: Allowed only in enclosed carriers. Must be declared at time of booking.
Prohibited Conduct: Shuttle999 reserves the right to refuse service to any passenger who is intoxicated, disruptive, or poses a threat to safety.
6. Delays & Liability
Shuttle999 is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, or other events beyond our control.
In the case of force majeure (natural disasters, public emergencies, etc.), Shuttle999 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services with notice and refund as applicable.
Shuttle999 is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
All personal information collected during booking is securely stored and used only for the purpose of providing the shuttle service.
Shuttle999 will never share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
